Hi, We're Cahoots
We started Cahoots in 2014 with the simple idea of creating and sharing good food. Operating from a kitchen in Vancouver, B.C., we make simple syrups from a blend of whole, natural ingredients. We think of our syrups as collaborative flavours for cocktails and cooking. You can mix them in drinks, pour them over desserts, or use them in salad dressings or marinades. However they’re used, Cahoots syrups make it easy for people to be adventurous in the bar or kitchen.
Delicious takes time. Cahoots syrups are made using a long cold-steeping process that extracts only the essential flavours we put in the brew. It’s not the easiest or the fastest method, but it’s the best one. Call it what you will—cold brewed, cold steeped, cold-process infused—as long as you call it delicious.

Our dads once told us what you put into something determines what you get out of it. That’s why we make Cahoots syrups according to a strict policy: Only Good Ingredients. That means we work with growers to find the highest quality ingredients we can, from fresh-grown herbs and whole fruits to natural sugars—always paying close attention to our supply chain to ensure they come from sustainable sources.
