- 1.5oz Blended Scotch
- 3/4oz Cahoots Hibiscus
- 3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .25oz Islay Single Malt (optional, adds a nice smokiness to the drink)
- 3 slices of Ginger (muddled)
Muddle ginger in cocktail shaker, add other ingredients to ginger and hard shake. Double strain contents over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
